Due to the continuation of regionalised harness racing throughout NSW and to facilitate licensed participants travelling to/from regional areas (outside Greater Sydney) that remain in lockdown, HRNSW has imposed the following requirements:

  • Licensed participants travelling from a lockdown area to a non-lockdown area to attend a race meeting or trials in regional NSW will be required to undergo Rapid Antigen Testing before being permitted to enter the racecourse;

  • Licensed participants travelling from a non-lockdown area to a lockdown area to attend a race meeting or trials in regional NSW will be required to undertake a COVID test within 3 days of attending the race meeting or trials.

Once received, the result of such test must be provided to HRNSW Stewards.

Licensed participants are also reminded that they MUST also continue to comply with NSW Government Health Orders, including stay-at-home orders when returning from a lockdown area to a non-lockdown area.

Any enquiries should be made to HRNSW Stewards on 9722 6655 or email stewards@hrnsw.com.au

HRNSW management reminds all industry participants of the available industry support program.
