Race 1:
OVERVIEW: LENARD ESS (2) 10yo pacer that is still racing with great zest and draws nicely to sit off the speed. If the breaks come his way, he’s an each way chance. LIKEABLE ROGUE (9) is going well and is sure to unleash his big finish again. Hard to hold out. Both MASTER REMI (10) and TWISTING BY (6) are racing well but face awkward draws but will be running on late and must be respected. HES OLLY (7) racing against some stronger company than these but faces a wide draw. Needs some luck along with HITTHEROADJACK (11) whilst BUSLOAD OF FAITH (5) POPCORNFRIDAY (3) BONA KHAN (4) are go forward pacers that will be racing on the speed and might setup a genuine tempo. All have claims. Both SASSYOLA (1) and OZZIE SUNSHINE (8) will get soft trips and can’t be ignored in a very tough race where all horses have winning claims.

Race 2:
OVERVIEW: AUCKLAND RED (11) has been competing against stronger opposition and despite the tough draw to overcome he is very capable of fighting out the finish. TOPHUT JOHNY (10) has been racing very well and continues to measure up in this class. Definite threat again. DANCIN WITH LUSH (9) showed gate speed to lead throughout last start and the form line has held up well. Second row draw here but is amongst the main chances again. MALAVA MISS (3) does have a favourable draw to take up a prominent position and has claims along with ALPHA CRUCIS (2) whilst MONSIEUR FLAMEL (7) draws wide but must be respected and is not out of this.

Race 3:
OVERVIEW: FINAL BOW (10) seasoned campaigner that finished off strongly late last start. Going well and will be doing his best work late. Each way. Both BLACKMIRRA (3) and ROYAL CADENCE (2) showed early speed last start and raced prominently and expect a similar showing here. Both have strong claims. KIMCANDO (6) wasn’t far away when first up and had good support. Fitter here and will be improved, expect a strong showing. FOREGONE CONCLUSION (8) tough effort to win again last start and is racing with great zest. Faces an awkward draw but is a major threat with a clear run. Both TEX GOES BANG (4) and BETTORSWEETVICTORY (5) are never far away and can make their presence felt again. BEST BACK BRUCE (7) was running on strongly last start but faces a wide draw whilst ILLAWONG PHOENIX (1) and BULLETPROOF KID (9) will receive soft trips and have place and first four claims in a good race with many chances.

Race 4:
OVERVIEW: RIGHT OF REPLY (2) has never raced better for in form trainer Ken Tippet and draws favourably to be right in the finish again. Hard to beat. YOU REALLY GOT ME (4) strong effort to win first up and does have the gate speed to be prominent again. Can give a big sight. CHINSKI (3) showed gate speed to lead early last start and wasn’t far away at the finish. Can be in this for a long way again. DOSSIER (5) did her share of work last start when unplaced, but her prior form was very solid. One of the main chances. BLANCO CANYON (7) local runner that has been in consistent form and must always be respected despite the wide draw. BJ LINDENNY (8) had his share of admirers when first up but did things wrong. Might make amends here, keep safe. MYSTERIOUS PRINCE (1) drawn well to have place and first four claims along with OUR SAFARI SUN (6).

Gets another chance in this. COMMUNITY ART (3) runner up at both race starts this campaign and is very close to winning. A major chance. BIGGERBETTERBEST (2) good effort to win last start against easier company and draws favourably here. Can run well again. EDWARD GRANGE (7) has struck some good form but draws wide here. Needs luck but must be respected. HARRYS A ROCKSTAR (6) EASY ROLLING (5) and BETTORPATCHMEUP (1) are amongst the place and first four chances.

CARRY ON CORNISH (7) easy win last start against inferior company, harder here but can make her presence felt despite the wide draw. BLACK CAMEO (3) JUST MIKI (6) MIDNITE DESIRE (1) are amongst the place and first four hopes.

LUVSKI (6) lightly raced 7yo that resumes here and does have plenty of talent. Expect a strong showing fresh. TUNBRIDGE (2) nice win last start when leading and drawn to be prominent again. Can give a good sight. STRAIGHT TO THETOP (4) is racing well and will appreciate being back off the front line and expect a solid showing. JAKARTA (5) consistent trotter in good form. Nice win last start and can run well again. ESS KAY HOLLYWOOD (1) a good beginner drawn well and will be in this for a long way and get every chance. Definite place hope along with YOU NO ILL BE LATE (7) that draws wide but can’t be dismissed.
