RACE 1
KISS ON THE BEACH (4) is an interesting runner in this race. She is in career best form and comes out of a race where they rated 1.51.8.
MAYWYN TROUBADOR (5) lead last start and won over the 2040 trip which hasn’t previously been a suitable distance for him. Back to the 1780 looks suitable and he looks one of the top chances in this.
SWOOPING EAGLE (2) won when leading two starts ago. Paige Bevan jumps aboard him which could see him run an improved race.
LULU LUCIFER (8) broke through for a win last time out when able to find the lead. Suited by the trailing draw and could figure again.

RACE 2
OCEAN LANE (9) has run third three starts in a row. Her run two starts ago was very good when working early and still finishing it off well late.
AQUA CRUISER (1) just came up against a few horses that were well graded last start and was well beaten there. He was good leading two starts ago and finishing third. A similar effort would see him in the finish.
PERFECT FEELING (5) was a big winner two starts ago. He battled away fairly last start in what looked a slightly stronger race.
CONNIES SPIRIT (4) is a speedy mare. She has options early.

RACE 3
SHEREACTS (1) finished close up last start behind For No Reason at Albion Park. She went forward three starts ago and raced without cover battling away there well into third.
IMA BEACH BABE (2) has gate speed and a suitable draw. She can be forgiven for her beaten margin last start in what was a new Marburg track record.
DIEGO DELGADO (3) wasn’t beaten too far behind Modern Sheen two starts ago. Last start worked hard to lead and tired late. This looks much easier and he looks set to figure in the finish.
ANGELIC SHE AINT (9) trialled well recently and backed that up last start running on well at the finish.

RACE 4
PRECOCIOUS KATE (1) has drawn the best she has since returning from a spell. Was shuffled back last start at Marburg when racing off the pegs.
ONE LAST ROLL (7) could secure a good run in this race on the back of Precocious Kate. Has been racing without a lot of luck.
JAY TEE TYRON (6) went forward last start and did some early work. He battled away reasonably into fourth there.
JIMMY JOYCE (9) won three starts ago at this track when leading all the way. Has since come up against better fields and struggled to get into it. This looks suitable.

RACE 5
JET FORCE (5) did all the work last start and battled on well there to finish fourth. He steps back into up to 40 grade after taking on an up to 43 race last start. Looks well placed and should prove hard to beat.
VERMONT (7) has been taking on slightly better company in her last few starts. She draws awkwardly in this race but it does look easier and she may be following the early leader.
CAPTAIN OH CAPTAIN (9) went forward early last start and couldn’t cross. He was well beaten in the end but this does look more suitable and he can figure driven quietly early.
NIGHT SHADOW (3) ran on strongly into second two starts ago. A similar effort would see him in the finish.

RACE 6
NUCLEAR BLING (9) took on a much stronger race last start and was able to battle away to finish midfield there. She looks much better suited in this company.
MY SECRET BEACH (6) ran into it strongly last start into third in a race they went slowly and dashed home.
SHE DAZZLES (5) did the work last start outside Chakana. Battled on okay there for third and this doesn’t look any tougher.
TAPTHEKEG (7) ran reasonably last start into fourth. He draws the back of a horse that possesses very good gate speed and he could secure a good run.

RACE 7
WESTRAY (9) was first up last start in a stronger race over the 2040 and gave ground late. This race looks a lot weaker and a step back to the 1780 looks suitable.
PABLOS ART (5) did things wrong early last start and finds himself outside the draw here. Has at times shown some ability which would take him very close in this.
BABY GINNIE (7) has been hitting the line reasonably late in her races. She draws slightly awkwardly.
DOLLARBILL (6) hasn’t been competitive in his last three starts. This looks easier than those outings and if able to recapture any of his better form he would be hard to beat.

DOWNTOWN MANHATTAN (9) loomed up strongly two starts ago and looked the winner before tiring late into third. Did have to sustain a long run there and could settle up a touch closer this time.
CALL ME TRISH (5) ran on well last start into second behind Hawk Eye who has since won again. Should be better for the outing first up and looks one of the key chances.
DEEP REGRET (8) continues to do things wrong in his races which has been costly in recent starts.
SHAKATIE (2) lead two starts ago and was well beaten there into sixth. May be better suited back to the 1780 with a better draw.
