Race 3:

BAY JIM MAJOR (4) didn’t get a lot of luck last start and ran second behind MY VINNIE beaten 1.9 metres last start. He has heaps of ability and should come very close to returning to the winners list again today.

LA MOTH (2) will be very dangerous against this field after a strong last start win.

MIXED MESSAGES (3) and NICELY SPOKEN (7) are also chances.

Race 4:

MAN UNITED (7) won his first two Australian starts at Globe Derby last year. His trial form has been solid. Should win today if he is one hundred percent but will need some luck from the draw.

MOOPS (11) looks like the main danger.

CELESTIAL ZODIAC (6) and JILLIBY MISTRESS (10) are also chances.

Race 5:

QUICK DIP (7) is another horse who will need some luck from the inside of the second row but if she gets a clear run she will be hard to beat.

TONKAWAIKON (8) should have won last start but was run down by LADY LA SALLE. He should be right in the mix again today.

TREACHEROUS ONE (4) and CHRISLYNN (2) are also chances.

Race 6:

MY BAD HABITS (6) is finding the line extremely well winning his last four starts. He defeated XEBEC last start by 5.5 metres and will be hard to beat again today.

SKYBREEZE (7) is first up from a spell but is trialling really well. He will be right in the finish today if he can repeat his trial form.

TRAVEL BUG (10) and XEBEC (9) are also chances.

Race 7:

APOLOGY ACCEPTED (10) ran second last at Gawler when he was defeated by LA MOTH by 3.2 metres. He will be right in the finish if he gets the right run from the second row.

LADY LA SALLE (5) was a strong winner last start. She will be in the finish again today.

EMRITES (1) and GROVE DALE (6) are also chances.

Race 8:

YAMBUKIAN (3) brings some terrific Victorian form into this event. If he repeats that form he should be way too good for this field.

AMERICAN BEAUTY (2) is first up from a spell and returns to SA. Her trial form has been good. If she can begin well and move into a forward position she should be hard to beat.

COCO MIA (7) will be right in the finish if she can get a clear run off the tricky second row draw.

JANES GEM (8) has won her last two starts. She has been finishing off her races well and will be right in the finish today with a repeat of those last two runs.
