OVERVIEW: LA CAPTAIN (11) led all the way to win at his first Sunraysia start and does have the class to overcome the wide second row draw. Hard to hold out. DANCING FINN (10) placed at her past three starts and can make her presence felt. DAYLIGHT AT DAWN (8) continues to race well in this class and from a nice trailing draw can figure in the finish. ALL DA RAGE (9) resumes here from a break and has trialled well leading into this. Very capable when right and expect a forward showing. Speedy pacers OZZIE PUNTA (3) and GOODTIME MADDIE (5) have early speed and can be in this for a long way.

OVERVIEW: CLYMENUS (11) was slightly disappointing on face value last start when having every chance and was just run down. Capable of improving further here and can make amends. AARDIES MIRACLE (1) good effort to win last start and just needs to hold up from the pole position to be a strong winning chance. ONLY ONE BITTEN (10) does have his share of ability and battled on strongly last start and is amongst the chances. Both ICY RECEPTION (4) and DIAMOND BIKINI (6) have the necessary gate speed to be well poised throughout. A ROCKNROLLJET (7) POWEROFPERSUASION (9) SINISTER (8) are sure to be running on strongly and must be respected.

OVERVIEW: STYLISH GEM (10) capable mare that did things wrong last start when breaking at the start. Prior form was solid and can fight out the finish here. AZOR AHAI (11) is a very head strong horse that can prove hard to handle but does possess natural ability. First start at Mildura and meets much easier opposition. Can bounce back in this. RIMU VALLEY (8) strongly supported last start when leading and was just run down. Gets a good trip here from the trailing draw. One of the chances. ROCKNROOSTA (3) does have the gate speed to race handy whilst YOURSNMINE (1) will get a soft trip along the pegs and have claims along with ULTIMATE ROCKER (4) and WILD CARD (9).

OVERVIEW: WHODAT BOODAT (3) capable mare that can take up a forward position and fought on strongly last start. Can fight out the finish. MAGGACIS (10) worked around the field to win last start and will be attempting to do the same again here. Hard to hold out. Both SURFIN AT MIDNIGHT (9) and HALF MOON BEACH (11) will be running on strongly whilst DEADLINE (2) and HAVELOCK (5) have the draws to race handy and must be respected.

OVERVIEW: OZZIE JOY (1) is a very speedy mare that has been racing against much stronger company and will find this to her liking. Drawn to lead and does have a good record at the track. She will take some catching. MY LINE OF FIRE (8) racing well and drawn to enjoy a good trip and looks a major threat. WHATA OPTIMIST (6) racing with great zest but draws wide. Can make his presence felt again. NOTNEGOTIABLE (5) can mix his form but does have ability. Has claims. Both DALLAS MIKI (9) and MISS BALLYMENA (10) will enjoy soft trips and are definite place chances.

OVERVIEW: DEEWHY (10) has had some excuses at his past two starts but his prior form was solid for this. One of the main chances. OUR MASTER PLAY (7) drawn to get a soft trip along the pegs but if the breaks go his way, he’s capable of running on late. Each way. MIKIYOURSOFINE (5) has been racing well and is well placed here to be in the finish whilst SUNSHINE WARRIOR (4) and BEARTASTIC WRITER (6) can race handy from their front line draws. LETSGO MATILDA (8) has a nice trailing draw and must be respected. Both STEAL SOME TIME (2) and FORTITUDO (1) can be big improvers from their favourable draws.

OVERVIEW: ARENDELLE (5) has been racing very well in recent months and looks well suited here again to be fighting out the finish. A major chance. MACHSTIQUE (6) has been racing with great zest and despite the wide draw looks a major threat again. ROBERT CROCKA (2) speedy pacer and from the favourable draw can give a big sight. UNBECOMING (8) interesting runner arriving from South Australia to join the astute Lachlan Prothero stable and watch with great interest. Both ABSTRACTOR (9) and RAYS DAUGHTER (10) have good ability and must be respected.

OVERVIEW: HEART OF COOPER (9) should be ready to peak fitness wise after two runs back from a spell and looks well placed in this class. Expect improvement and will be running home late. Definite chance. FREMONT STREET (1) disappointed when first up in Victoria but could be a big improver here. Would not surprise. MANHATTAN SUNSHINE (5) wasn’t far away last start and can make her presence felt again. SOUTHPAW SLUGGER (3) good run two starts ago and draws the front here and is amongst the chances along with SPRING DELIGHT (2) that has early speed.

South Australian arrivals of KUHIO CREST (4) and BOHEMIAN BRAIDS (10) could measure up here whilst COURTNEY KATARINA (5) has claims.
