Form Analysis by Darren Clayton
RACE ONE
Making her first appearance in Qld, 3YO filly INDI AIR TONIGHT (10) arrives from Victoria the winner of two races. Claiming a gritty win at Melton two starts back over the 2240m trip, she was 3m from FERRIGNO last start. She finds a winnable race first up.
MACS A DUDE (3) was aiming up for the passing lane last start and taking his shot was just a neck from the winner. Striking trouble the start prior when just missing the money, he can get handy from this gate to issue the challenge.
SPORTS BOUNTY (8) should have no issue with the middle trip, unlike a few of his opponents which may find it a more difficult assignment. With an economical trip, he can chime in.
MUFASA BART (4) grabbed the bronze two starts back when 3m from the winner MAJOR TRALEE. Striking trouble last start, the 2138 may ask some questions he cannot answer.
SELECTIONS: INDI AIR TONIGHT (10), MACS A DUDE (3), SPORTS BOUNTY (8), MUFASA BART (4)
SUGGESTED BET: INDI AIR TONIGHT (10) to win

MAJIC MOMENT (7) burrowed through from gate 1 to repel them early last start over this trip and kept an even tempo when fading in the closing stages to be 3m away in 3rd. Powering home over the top in a slick mile the start prior, the gate stings, but she can descend on them.
MERGE RIGHT (1)comes into this fresh after her last start when tackling an open mares event and finishing midfield behind JESEEKA. With early hustle, she can position to feature.
CAPTAIN NEMO (8) was luckless last start when unable to find position from a wide gate and forced to retreat. With a soft trip behind the speed, he can be chasing a podium return.

Nothing has bene in the favour of OUR MAJOR DAY (2) in recent starts, the latest when eased from gate 6 for position before closing it out in good order. Forced to park the start prior, if he can muster enough hustle to find the front, he can give plenty lighting the lamps.

RACE SEVEN
Off the back of a tidy trial performance, GOLDEN SUNSET (3) tackled an open mobile first up for the new stable where she set the tempo over the mile. Just peaking late to hold 3rd behind VICTREE HILL. Her first race start from the tapes and first go at 13 furlongs are the queries.
HIDE AND SEEK (8) was returning from a spell last start off the 20m tape and produced what is frustratingly becoming his jam – make an error, tail out and then make up a stack of ground and run ridiculous sectionals. As always- caveat emptor.
HAMMER SON (7) made a rare starting error last time from behind the start car which ended his chances. Runner-up the start prior when 2m from VICTREE HILL, he is right in the fight.

PEPPA (5) found the right maiden last time and was able to grind out the win with 8m to spare. Holding on for the bronze at her first AP appearance the start prior, she can take the winning confidence to issue a challenge here.
PLAYBOY ROI (6) was returning from a let up last start when faced with a second line gate in much tougher company and unable to get into the contest. In this grade, he has claims.
MAJORMISS (2) has placed in three of her past four starts, the latest when locked away on the poles before grabbing a late closing 3rd at Marburg. Settling handy can see her feature again.
