OVERVIEW: APEX (1) is a speedy trotter that will appreciate the draw and sprint trip for this and should give a bold sight. KYVALLEY PAINT (3) has been finishing around the placings and looks one of the main chances to figure in the finish. CADENCE LANE (6) 3yo filly that has been teasing to get back into winning form. She hasn’t been far away and must be respected. MAUDARCHY (2) a winner two starts ago and does have the draw to race handy and has claims. Both WILLS MAVERICK (9) and BLACKRANGE GLORY (10) have ability and can’t be dismissed. AZALEA MAE (8) PRIMZ LUCK (5) BROWN EYED KATE (7) ALDEBARAN SELENA (11) are first four hopes.

OVERVIEW: SOAR (7) capable horse that can mix his form. Super impressive winning last start at Mildura and despite meeting stronger opposition here he will be hard to hold out if he can repeat that performance. MICTON MOUSE (4) likes to lead and runs his best races in front. Can give a big sight again. BLACK TUXEDO (6) is going well and working up to a win and is a definite chance here. DANCINGONSTARLIGHT (5) will strip fitter from her first up run and wasn’t far away when resuming. Can keep improving and must be respected. SWISS LIGHTNING (3) speedy and can race handy and is never far away whilst local ROCKNROLL OPAL (9) will strip fitter and can’t be dismissed along with A VAPAR STORM (8) that will need some luck from the draw whilst ALOOK TO LIKE (1) and CEE CEE NORMAN (2) have first four claims.

OVERVIEW: OUR BETTER BRO (4) is racing well and hasn’t been far away of late. Didn’t enjoy the best of racing luck last start and expect him to be fighting out the finish whilst stable mate JUST CALLME TORQUE (5) caught the eye with a big finish last start and must be respected. LUVA SCRAP (7) won well after doing his share of work last start whilst YURUGA LASS (3) wasn’t far away and has claims in this. GERRALE (8) was rewarded with a win last start after some excellent performances and will be doing her best work late again here. Both PERFECT PLAYGIRL (1) and STARZINHEREYES (2) have favourable draws to settle handy and are in the mix of place chances whilst FEELINGOODFREDDIE (6) and MY BUCKS NIGHT (9) are first four hopes.

OVERVIEW: THE SILENT ASSASSIN (9) is a 6yo former Kiwi that is lightly raced and started favourite at his Aussie debut but did things wrong. Wasn’t wanted in the market last start but was doing his best work late. Strikes a suitable race and is a definite chance. LOAN SAILOR (2) speedy mare resuming from a short break and might give a sight here fresh.  SKADI (3) should be primed fitness wise for this and strikes a suitable race to be amongst the chances. SECOND EDITION (4) nice effort last start when runner up and is an improving type and can run well again. ALDEBARAN LEWIS (5) LIVERMERE (1) HOWSWEETTHESOUND (8) PEPPERCORN BARRY (6) MY MATE LUKE (7) have place and first four claims.

INMYDREAMS (9) backmarker in this and will strip fitter for her first up effort and will keep improving and must be respected. ALFIE ALWAYS (5) good effort two runs ago when runner and not far away last start. Can mix his form but has won from the stand on five occasions. Can’t be dismissed. FROSTY GIRL (7) interesting runner arriving from NSW to join the powerful Lilley stable. Has shown ability and strikes a suitable race. Definite chance. CLAUDYS SECRET (4) going well without winning but must be included along with ROBERT JOHN (6) whilst UNSPOKEN LOVE (2) TENSION SEEKER (1) and BILLYSOPHIA (3) are place and first four hopes.

SONARMI JOH (8) drawn to get a good trail and if he can hold up from inside the second row he will get every chance. Experienced runners BLACK AND GOLD (2) and COUNTESS CHIRON (3) have good ability on their day and are not out of this. ALDEBARAN DAHLIA (7) strips fitter and can keep improving whilst KYVALLEY PICASSO (5) and THE GIRLS GOTFLAIR (4) are place and first four chances.
