Rock queen Sarah McLeod will bring her high-octane show trackside at Club Menangle when the time-honoured Inter Dominion Championships are decided on 14 December.

Widely regarded as one of Australia’s most versatile live performers, Sarah will provide the soundtrack to a blockbuster finals program at the home of harness racing.

With a vast catalogue of songs spanning her time as a solo-artist and as the iconic frontwoman of legendary Australian band The Superjesus, Sarah will help build the hype to what is one of the most anticipated Inter Dominion finals in its rich history.

Miracle Mile champion and multiple Group 1 winning pacer Leap to Fame will be looking to defend his title from 12 months ago.

The series returns to New South Wales for the first time in three years and will again be contested on three tracks across the state.

ID24 commences with qualifying heats at Newcastle on 29 November before moving onto Bathurst four round 2 the following Wednesday (4 December). The action moves to Club Menangle for round 3 on Saturday, 7 December, culminating in the Grand Finala at harness racing headquarters a week later (14 December).

The Inter Dominion continues Sarah’s recent association with harness racing in New South Wales, having played Carnival of Cups sets in Young and Albury earlier this year.

“One thing I’ve learnt about harness racing crowds, they know how to turn up and have a good time so I’m really looking forward to bringing my show to Club Menangle on what is a massive night for the industry. I’m thrilled to be asked to be part of it,” Sarah said.

“There’s something special about performing on a stage trackside before a big race. There’s always big energy among the punters so hopefully I can help take that to another level and add to the occasion!”

The Inter Dominion finals night is a free but ticketed event. To secure your FREE ticket head to the Club Menangle website at www.clubmenangle.com.au
