The Shepparton Yearling Sale will be held at their Kialla Racing Complex on Sunday, starting at 1pm.

The sale comprises 58 lots by 21 different sires including Australia’s champion juvenile sire Art Major.

Other well known stallions include American Ideal, Courage Under Fire, Four Starzzz Shark, Sportswriter, Grinfromeartoear, Shadow Play, Modern Art and Changeover.

Adding interest to the sale will be the first crop of the exciting, young stallions Auckland Reactor, Betterthancheddar and Lincoln Royal.

Thirty-seven yearlings are eligible for the Australian Pacing Gold sales-race series with $322,000 finals for two-year-old colts and fillies to be run in April/May 2017.

They are also eligible for the Breeders Crown, Bathurst Gold Crown, Vicbred, Vicbred Platinum and NSW Breeders Challenge.

The sale will be live streamed on www.sheppartonhrc.com.au.

Phone bidders must be registered with the Shepparton Harness Racing Club by 5pm on Friday.

Meals and refreshments will be served on the day.
