All NSW licensees are reminded that their current 2024 licence will automatically expire at midnight on Tuesday, 31 December 2024.
If you have not yet submitted your 2025 licence renewal via your HarnessWeb account, or submitted a paper-based licence renewal, please ensure you do so as soon as possible, preferably no later than the second week of December 2024 (ie: week ending Friday, 13 December 2024).
Note that, should your licence expire, you will be considered an unlicenced individual as of the morning of Wednesday, 1 January 2025, and penalties will apply if it is determined that you are conducting the activities of a licenced individual whilst not being currently licenced to do so.
Also note that, should you choose to leave the renewal of your current licence until the latter half of December 2024, you will not be able to nominate for any races beyond 31 December 2024.
This notice applies ONLY to licensees that have NOT yet submitted their licence renewal for 2025.
