Harness racing driver Jordan Chibnall will be out to continue her good recent form with four drives at Sunday night’s seven-race harness racing card in Launceston, all of whom have strong winning chances.

The now Tasmanian-based Chibnall has driven two winners from her last four drives.

She rated Out Of Eden in the opening race over 2200m as one of her best-winning hopes.

The former Victorian mare recorded an easy first-up win in Hobart last week by 6.8m when producing a fast-finishing sprint to notch up her third career win.

“She was super last week after getting all the gaps. Hopefully, she can get in a good spot and be strong again late, Chibnall said about the Conor Crook-trained pacer.

Another runner, Chibnall gave a strong chance to be is Onehandonebounce in the third event.

The six-year-old gelding, also trained by Crook, recorded back-to-back Hobart wins three and four starts back. Last start, he recorded the quickest last half of the meeting on a night of quick times in Launceston, getting home in 56.33s when defeated a half-neck by No Nukes Skipper.

“He has been going great. Hopefully he doesn’t get buried on the fence and should be strong late,“ said Chibnall, whose mother is a part-owner of the pacer.

Other drives for Chibnall on the program include Tashs Mate, the winner of four races this season, and Laid Back in the final race, who caught the eye coming from well back when placed in the heat of the Australian Female Drivers Championship at his most recent start.

The seven-race card commences at 18:18 and can be seen exclusively on Sky Racing 1 and the Sky Racing Active App.
