Eligibility of horses to compete in Official Trials

Harness Racing Victoria (HRV) Stewards remind all Trainers that prior to a horse being permitted to compete in an official trial, all embargos must be lifted.

Embargos include, but is not limited to, veterinary certificates, a period of time prescribed by Stewards or any other embargo and/or condition placed upon a horse by Stewards.
