Strong Entry for APG National Mixed Sal

A total of 168 entries have been received for the Australian Pacing Gold annual Online National Mixed Sale with breeders and owners from Perth to Brisbane represented.

The sale commences at 12 noon on August 2 and bidding starts to close at 5pm on August 4. You can register to bid now by creating an account or using an existing one for the APG Bidding Registration Portal.

The Online Catalogue is now available online with pedigrees going up early next week and photos being gradually uploaded.

The 30 weanlings listed include some royally bred youngsters by leading sires such as Captaintreacherous, Bettor’s Delight, Art Major, Sweet Lou, American Ideal, Downbytheseaside, Captain Crunch, Poster Boy and Father Patrick.

There are also 10 yearlings and eight two-year-olds by the successful sires including Art Major, American Ideal, Sweet Lou, Downbytheseaside, Betting Line, For A Reason, Four Starzzz Shark, Lazarus and Majestic Son.

Among the racing stock for sale are the last start Menangle winner My Ultimate Carter, Escalera NZ ($240,235), the multiple Menangle victor My Ultimate Snowy, Baker Creek ($146,861) and the Albion Park winner Vindicate NZ.

Almost 100 broodmares are up for auction including the American-bred Smyrna Duruisseau (dam of Follow The Stars), Kiwi Rose USA (dam of Maraetai), Dancing With Daisy (half-sister to Blazin N Cullen), For Us All (half to For A Reason), Sounds Bettor (half to Raging Bull), Beach Shack (half to Rockstar Angel), Harper Grace (half to Majestic Cruiser), Embraced (half to Endeared), Keeper’s Daughter (daughter of Pelicanrama), Punch Line (dam of He’s Ideal), Trish Bromac (half to Derby winner Tanabi Bromac), Heart Of Sahara (half to Sahara Tiger), Special Moment (dam of Sumomentsomewhere) and Artistic Gal (half to Obahma Joy).

The sale also features the proven stallions Lincoln Royal NZ, Tell All USA, Smiling Shard NZ and Metropolitan USA.
