Elevated TCO2 Policy- LE SPARTACUS

Harness Racing Victoria (HRV) Stewards advise that in accordance with the ‘HRV Elevated TCO2 Levels Policy,   LE SPARTACUS   will be subject to the provisions of the policy for its engagement at the Mildura   race meeting on  28  June   2024.
