From the Drivers – Group 1 Tasmania Cup night

It’s a mammoth 10-race card in Hobart on Saturday night featuring the state’s premier race, the Group 1 Ladbrokes Tasmania Cup.

Duncan Dornauf sent a text message to drivers who had been listed for five or more drives on the program, asking who they rated as their best winning chance. Those who responded are listed below.

Allan McDonough – R8 – 3. Beat Sweet.

Dylan Ford – R3 – 4. Nikita Jo,

Jack Watson – R2 – 1. Imperial Laz

James Herbertson – R7 – 9. Heza Punk Rocker

Mark Yole – R8 – 2. Tough Shaz

Mitch Ford – R7 – 3. Mydadsaid

Nathan Ford – R6 – 7. Watermelon Sugar

Ricky Duggan – R4 – 8. Sporty Chick

Rohan Hillier – R10 – 5. De Goey, and R9 – 9. Collective Works.

The first race is scheduled for 18:00, with the Tasmania Cup scheduled for 21:11.

There will be hosted coverage on Tasracing Live and the Sky Racing Active App.

Sky Racing 2 will televise the first two races, with race three onwards scheduled for Sky Racing 1.
