HRNSW Stewards remind licensed participants of the expectation that there will be ongoing compliance checks regarding the requirements of Harness Racing Clubs, especially in relation to there being strictly NO SMOKING or ALCOHOL in stable areas.
In addition, HRNSW Stewards remind licensed participants of the HRNSW Dress Regulations Policy and recently updated requirements.
