NSW: Coronavirus (COVID-19) - Restrictions Important Vaccination Information

HRNSW reminds participants that NSW Government Health Orders currently require authorised persons who enter into or exit any of the following LGAs of concern to have received, as a minimum, their first COVID-19 vaccination:

 

  • Bayside
  • Blacktown
  • Burwood
  • Campbelltown
  • Canterbury-Bankstown
  • Cumberland
  • Fairfield
  • Georges River
  • Liverpool
  • Parramatta
  • Strathfield
  • Penrith for the following suburbs: Caddens, Claremont Meadows, Colyton, Erskine Park, Kemps Creek, Kingswood, Mount Vernon, North St Marys, Orchard Hills, Oxley Park, St Clair and St Marys.

Proof of first vaccination is required to be provided to HRNSW before any person attends any race meeting, trials or training facility in any of those LGA’s, including Menangle Park and Bankstown.

Vaccination information, including COVID 19 vaccination certificates or Medicare immunisation certificates, can be sent to vaccine@hrnsw.com.au

Those documents can be obtained online or by contacting the Australian Immunisation Register on 1800 653 809.

In addition, with the NSW Government expected to announce changes to current COVID-19 restrictions in coming weeks, HRNSW requests that ALL licensed participants provide proof of vaccination as soon as possible to allow HRNSW and Harness Racing Clubs to plan for any changes to NSW Government COVID-19 requirements.
