RACE 4 –CRANBOURNE FENCING 3YO MAIDEN PACE (2080 MS)
Andy Gath trainer of Florenceofkintail advised subsequently from the event blood tests revealed the filly to have a high muscle enzyme level. Mr Gath advised Florenceofkintail would be treated accordingly prior to continuing with the current preparation.
RACE 5 – HYGAIN TROT (2080 MS)
Ryan Hryhorec, trainer of Aldebaran Dianna, advised subsequently from the event blood tests revealed the filly displaying multiple abnormalities. Mr Hryhorec advised with the filly now staying in Victoria for an extended period Aldebaran Dianna has now been transferred to a new trainer and advised of the blood results.

RACE 2 – TAB LONG MAY WE PLAY PACE (2180 MS)
Neville Pangrazio, trainer of Return Soldier, advised subsequently from the event the gelding to have recovered & worked satisfactorily. Mr Pangrazio added he is awaiting results of blood tests and would advise stewards once notified. Mr Pangrazio added it would be the stables intentions to drive the gelding more conservatively for one run going forward. Mr Pangrazio advised blood tests revealed the gelding displaying multiple abnormalities and would now be treated accordingly prior to continuing with the current preparation.
RACE 8 – J & A MAZZETTI TROT (2180 MS)
Wayne Potter, trainer of Better Days advised subsequently from the event the blood tests failed to revel any abnormalities. Mr Potter added the gelding underwent chiropractic therapy which revealed Better Days displaying general soreness. Mr Potter advised he would continue with the current preparation.

RACE 5 – ALLIED EXPRESS PACE (2100 MS)
Zac Phillips, stable representative for Tayla Nicholson trainer of Hezacrocwatcher NZ, advised subsequently from the event the gelding failed to recover as expected and will now undergo a full veterinary examination at Ballarat veterinary equine clinic. Mr Phillips advised he will notify stewards of any abnormalities. Mr Phillips advised the veterinary examination revealed the gelding displaying unknown lameness behind and will now undergo a scintigraphy examination (Bone scanning) in the coming days which he will advise stewards of the results.
RACE 8 – HYGAIN MELTON TROTTERS FREE FOR ALL (GROUP 3) (2100 MS)
Andy Gath, trainer of McLovin NZ, advised subsequently from the event the gelding to have recovered satisfactorily. Mr Gath attributed the performance to McLovin NZ enduring more work than expected during the early stages of the event in a quick lead time and McLovin NZ failing to perform to its required standard without its regular driver. Mr Gath advised he would continue with the current preparation.
