Harness Racing Australia (HRA) wishes to provide the following update as the Ratings Based Handicapping System (RBHS) implementation date of 1 July 2019 draws nearer.

The members of HRA have approved the Australian Handicapping Rules, which are now available for release here.

Participants are urged to acquaint themselves with the handicapping rules and the RBHS guidelines.

To check the rating by start of any horse, select the ‘National Rating’ tab on Harnessweb to see the points earned (or lost) for each start of a horse’s career since the RBHS cutover on 1 May 2019.
