Nine-year-old Santastics Pan gelding Debt Till We Part returned to the winner’s list for the first time in 14 months when scoring in the Prydes Easifeed Pace (2090m) in Hobart on Friday night.

Trainer-driver Paul Williams positioned the pacer one-out and three-back from his front-row draw before working into the race three-wide with cover from the 700m.

Debt Till We Part finished off best in the home straight to score by 1.4m over the Tammy Langley-trained Impulze and Ima Socialite in a mile rate of 2:01.2s.

Cuzzy Bro remains undefeated for this season when scoring his second win for the term earlier in the night.

Driver Rodney Ashwood positioned the Kristy Butler trained gelding outside the leader before drawing clear over the concluding stages for a 4.4m win.

Master reinsman Ricky Duggan teamed up with his brother, Adrian Duggan to score with Classy Countess after having a lovely run in the one-one.

The mare was winless in 19 starts last season, but so far in 2024, she has notched up two wins from eight starts.

Wayne Yole prepared a double and was the only participant to record multiple wins.

He kicked off the night with the Kyle Pratten-driven Rocks Roy, who utilised the sprint lane to score before Brian Who won later the night.

Driven by Robert Walters, Brian Who was the only favourite to win on the night, with the pacer taking a liking to the Hobart track with five of his last six wins at that venue.
